Number 5: Someone who is inconsistent and unreliable.
People like this do not tend to reciprocate. They will make promises they have no intention of keeping. They will disappoint you constantly by not being there for you when you need them. But they expect you to be there for them. And no matter how much you show up for them they will not show up for you.
A relationship with a person like this ends up being very one-sided where you end up doing all the giving and they do all the talking with maybe just a few breadcrumbs here and there to keep you around. But what you do for them will always outweigh the things they do for you.

But to conclude.
It is important to realize that the word Narcissist does not have to be attached Final Thoughts of a person to determine their toxicity. Some people are selfish, uncaring, manipulative, pathological liars who are guilty of the behaviors I discussed today.
It is best to stay away from these types of people as they will only end up betraying you or hurting you. You do not need an official diagnosis to determine if someone is good for you or not.
The final thing I want to discuss is that when you decide to distance yourself from people like this, it is best to do it silently. There is nothing to discuss. You just make yourself unavailable and block where necessary.
