Number 9: Anger issues.

How do you deal with anger? How can a person who is naturally calm and serene become impatient and angry? Anger can manifest itself in a variety of ways. Abuse, as well as environmental or hereditary factors, may all play a part.

When a person is mistreated, they experience a flood of bad emotions. Humans develop and retain emotions such as sadness, worry, fear, and even rage. People who have been subjected to narcissistic abuse for a long time may acquire a disdain for the world, themselves, and everything. This redirects their rage and negative feelings away from the abuser and towards something else.

People who experience abuse from narcissists may rant out their anger to their friends, which is not proper. So, it’s better to maintain calmness in your heart.

Number 8: Anxieties.

Isn’t it exhausting to be continuously worried about everything? This could be a day in the life of people who have become attached to a narcissist. They believe that they are superior to the majority of people. This sense of superiority leads them to assume they are the gold standard everyone should aspire to.

This is quite difficult for people who are working with them. It means that they can never be themselves and must continuously monitor everything they say and do to ensure everything is to the narcissist’s satisfaction.

This can lead to constant worry and negative thoughts that could cause stress and anxiety. So, you better check your emotions because you might suffer more than you think.
